Pawtraits started with a simple idea: the best dog photos don't happen in a studio. They happen at the park, at daycare, at the brewery, wherever your dog is already being themselves.

How It Works

We partner with dog daycares, breweries, dog parks, and shelters to bring professional photography to the places dogs already go. No awkward studio appointments. No forcing your dog to sit still on a backdrop. Just real moments with your best friend.

The Network

Pawtraits Photography is a growing network of pet photographers across America. Each city has its own photographer (or team), its own style, and its own community of venue partners. What they share is a commitment to authentic, joyful pet photography and transparent pricing.

Our first cities are Chicago and Austin, with more coming soon.

Every Pawtraits city does free professional headshots for shelter dogs. Better photos mean faster adoptions -- it's that simple. If you run a rescue or shelter, reach out. We'll photograph your adoptable dogs for free, no strings attached.
